Corningware - Corningware eSchool is a virtual
school - just like any school you
might attend-only better. You
can come in whenever you want,
day or night, and go at your own
pace. Instead of taking notes,
print them out. If you forget
something, just log on again.
We're going to begin the program
with roasting and then introduce
you to a variety of cooking
techniques, including
grilling/broiling, braising, stewing,
baking, and microwaving.

Digital Photography Primer - Starting this month, we are going to present on-going lessons to introduce you to the world of
digital photography. Each subsequent month will feature a continuation of the previous lesson.
Ultimately, the completed series of lessons will bring you to a full understanding of all aspects of digital
photography from acquisition of the digital image with either a digital camera or a "scanner," through
manipulation of the image in the so-called "digital darkroom," to output in printed form or in digital form -
for example, for a Website.
